6+ Years of Impact

Niti means righteous path — and that's exactly what we walk.

Founded in Pune in 2026, Niti Social Foundation is a grassroots non-profit working with underserved communities across Maharashtra. We are driven by the belief that sustainable change comes from within communities, not from outside them.

  • Community-led design — our programs are shaped by the communities they serve, ensuring genuine relevance and lasting impact.

  • Holistic development — we address education, livelihoods, health, and environment together, because people's lives don't come in silos.

  • Full transparency — every rupee is accountable. We publish annual impact reports and maintain open financial disclosures for all donors.

Our approach to lasting change

We follow a 4-stage model that ensures every intervention is sustainable, community-owned, and measurable.

  • Community Needs Assessment

We begin with deep listening — field surveys, focus group discussions, and co-design sessions with community members.

  • Co-Design & Planning

Programs are designed with, not for, communities. Local leaders and women's groups participate in shaping every initiative.

  • Implementation & Monitoring

Programs are delivered by local community workers with continuous data collection and real-time feedback loops.

  • Impact Evaluation & Reporting

Third-party evaluations, published annual reports, and open financial data ensure accountability to donors and communities.
